Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, you may return your item for a full refund
within 28 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be securely packaged in their original packaging.
Items must be undamaged, unused, and in a condition suitable
for resale.
Refunds will be processed only after the safe receipt and
inspection of the returned items.
If these conditions are not met, the purchase will not be
eligible for a refund.
Initial postage charges are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return To begin the return process:
Email us at Info@camrionline.co.uk with your order number and any
additional details.
Once we receive your request, we will confirm via email and
provide you with a Return Mailing Label and a Return Authorization Slip.
Attach the Return Mailing Label to your package and include
the Return Authorization Slip inside.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, as postage
is not prepaid.
Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased an item from a third-party seller, we are
unable to process refunds or replacements. Please contact the original retailer
or online seller for their return policy.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon
as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the
cancellation and refund your payment. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders
that have already been shipped.
