At Camri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return your item within 28 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Returns must be initiated within 28 days of delivery.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at info@camrionline.co.uk with your order number. We'll send you a Return Mailing Label and Return Authorization Slip.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We do not offer prepaid return labels at this time.

Refund Processing Time:Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exclusions:

• We cannot process returns for items purchased via third-party sellers.
